IN this case the special bail surrendered the principal (in Prince George’s County) before one of the Justices of the Provincial Court, in discharge of himself as bail, and the principal was committed by the Justice to the custody of the sheriff of the County. Upon motion of the special bail, and on filing in Court a certificate by the Justice of the surrender, the bail war discharged. Lib. E. J. No. 7. fol. 70£<
