Martin Co. v. State Tax Commission

Hammond, J., filed the following dissenting opinion: Inasmuch as the Legislature has amended the applicable law, no good purpose would be served by stating at length the reasons for the views that cause me to dissent. Suffice it to say that I think the order appealed from should be affirmed for the reasons set forth by Judge Sodaro in his opinion below.
