Shane v. Clarke

RULED, per totam curiam, that depositions under the act of July session, 1779, c. 8. only relate to persons who are residents of the state at the timé when the depositions are taken, and who afterwards leave the state, or die before the trial of the cause. Jenings’s Notes.
