Eccleston, J., delivered the opinion of this court. Our examination of this case has satisfied us that the order appealed from is fully sustained by the reasons assigned in the opinion of the Judge of the Circuit Court; and, therefore, for those reasons the order ■will be affirmed, with costs. Order affirmed.
